A devoted believer in Christ, she is a high school graduate with credentials in cosmetology and currently works as a medical assistant. Committed to self-development and helping others achieve their dreams, Kyesha has partnered with Jenel Sonthonax, where she offers support and inspiration as a dedicated friend and advocate.

Born in Bronx, NY, but raised in Broward County, FL, Jenel is the oldest of seven siblings with a diverse upbringing across different states. After graduating from high school, she enlisted in the military, where she married her husband and served for five years. Now a proud veteran, Jenel is pursuing her passion for podcasting and created The Chasing Perfection Community with Kyesha Walker to inspire and empower others on their journey to personal growth and self-discovery. Nicole Montgomery currently works in the pharmaceutical industry, where she brings strong experience in organization, communication, and relationship-building. In addition to her industry work, she holds professional credentials in medical billing and coding, adding a solid foundation in structure and detail-oriented execution. As Director of Community Engagement, Nicole is passionate about cultivating intentional connection, supporting women in showing up fully, and ensuring the Chasing Perfection community feels welcoming, aligned, and deeply supported.
